Al Hawai Tower is a striking mixed-use high-rise located on Sheikh Zayed
Road in Dubai, UAE.
Rising approximately 127 meters with 31 floors above ground and a basement level, the
tower
features a distinctive triangular cut-out design that sets it apart on the city’s
skyline. The building
combines residential and commercial spaces, offering spacious 2- and 3-bedroom
apartments
alongside premium office units.
Completed around 2000, it includes modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool,
high-speed
elevators, and secure parking, all within walking distance of key landmarks like the
Financial Centre
and Burj Khalifa. Its prime location and unique architecture make it a notable example
of Dubai’s
early high-rise development boom.
Based on similar mixed-use towers in Dubai during that period (late 1990s–early 2000s), the construction cost was approximately: AED AED 150-200 million (≈ USD 40-55 million at that time)
